INSTRUCTIONS
ON HOW TO USE THE CITY RECORD ON-LINE
The City
Record On-Line (CROL) website has been redesigned to
be easier to navigate and more visually appealing. We
have also added a number of new capabilities:
- The solicitations
and awards are presented in a fully searchable database
of current awards and solicitations. Users can search
with a variety of criteria, such as due date, publish
date, agency, procurement category, commodity codes,
and keywords. Your search will return notices that
meet ALL parameters you selected.
- If you
want to see all notices simply leave the search criteria
blank.
- Up to
25 notices per page will be presented. (This database
and search function has replaced all the "solicitations
and awards" pdf documents).
- First
Time Visitors can now ENROLL
TO RECEIVE BID NOTIFICATION(s) BY EMAIL (email
address required) OR DOWNLOAD BID DOCUMENTS (name
and address required).
- Returning
Vendor's can LOG
IN TO SEARCH THE CITY RECORD BID OPPORTUNITIES OR
DOWNLOAD BID DOCUMENTS.
