Enrollment in the City's Bidders' Lists and Registration for Bid Notifications

To receive bid notifications, the following information will be required:
  • EMAIL ADDRESS
    • We will send you bid notification at the email address that you provide.
  • IN WHAT COMMODITY CODES DO YOU DO BUSINESS?
    • An extensive list of NIGP commodity codes will be presented and you may select as many as you like. After you have enrolled you will also be able to edit your list at any time.
To download bid documents, additional information will be required:
  • YOUR COMPANY NAME AND ADDRESS
  • YOU WILL SELECT A USER NAME AND PASSWORD
    • Write this information down so that you can use it during future visits to the vendor online web pages. We will keep track of any bid documents that you download.
To enroll in the City's Bidders' Lists and create a vendor account through the City's Payee Information Portal (PIP)
